At Yolt, my challenge was to effectively engage and retain users.
The technology that powered Yolt was novel, as was the regulation that allowed it, and so I provided the vision and strategy for customer success, lifecycle management and community growth. I built a team of customer happiness, operations and community managers and worked with product, design and brand teams to represent the voice of our users, informing key developments in the product.
Our activities increased MAU rates by >10%, retention rates rose drastically, and we maintained a very high level of customer experience, with an NPS score of 30.

"How much have I spent at Uber last year?" and 2 seconds later, the answer. Through Machine Learning and NLP, the team created a popular companion to help people change the way they treated their finances. We were trying to make finance fun.
I implemented a multi channel 360 degree marketing strategy, overseeing the growth of Cleo's userbase by over 1800% and maintaining exceptional customer retention and satisfaction.

I joined Pawsquad to begin marketing activities in London and across the UK. I executed a multichannel marketing strategy both online and offline.
Moreover, I oversaw a 10,000+ user acquisition campaign and developed a thriving and strong community of advocates for the brand.
